How REME collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

REME (operated by People Central Pte Ltd) is ISO 27001:2022 certified for information security management.

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you to provide a service or carry out a transaction that you have requested. This includes receiving information about our expense management software, ordering email newsletters, subscribing to a service, signing up for an event or training, or when purchasing, downloading, and/or registering our products.

The personal information we collect may include your name, title, company or organisation name, work email, work phone, work or home address, information about your job function, information about your company, and credit card information.

For users of the REME platform, the personal information we collect and process includes receipts and expense data submitted via WhatsApp or other channels, OCR-extracted text from receipts (vendor, amount, date, line items), category classifications, business purpose statements, mileage and travel data, and per diem entries.

The site may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet, the date and time you access the site, the pages that you access while at the site, and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used to help improve the site, analyse trends, and administer the site.

All personal information collected will be stored securely using network firewalls and access control procedures, removing chances of any unauthorised access. Your information will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will be used solely for the purpose of business communication, including support and service delivery related to our expense management software.

We may use your personal information to provide you with important information about the product or service that you are using, including updates and notifications. Additionally, with your permission, we may send you information about other products and services, but will never share your information with anyone else, partner or otherwise.

Your personal information is safe with us. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

We make use of best practices to ensure that your online transactions are safe and your personal and credit information is stored securely while using our expense management software. REME (operated by People Central Pte Ltd) is ISO 27001:2022 certified, confirming the breadth and strength of our security practices and our commitment to safeguarding clients' data.

However, we will not be held responsible for any breach of security arising from factors outside our reasonable control.

We may occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the privacy statement. We encourage you to periodically review this privacy statement to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
